The energy of Joy created by Mariachi music was felt by everyone in the audience that night. For the moments we all forgot the limits of joy to be felt and joined the singing chorus of Mariachi. Inspirational dancing that was to bring the feeling of freedom we all so very much want in our lives now made some dance alone with folk dancers on the stage.
Mariachi has delivered this kind of mood year after year consistently and brought fresh feelings on to the Symphony Hall for every holiday they performed.
I must point to the skill of knowing and planning by the Symphony team to bring just what the patrons need to elevate the holiday’s spirit in them to have a joyous season of giving and receiving.
