When it comes to producing some of the most exciting and iconic Filipino rock and pop concerts, Love Production is making waves in the industry. With a heart full of passion for Filipino music and an ear finely tuned to the beat of rock and pop, Love Noble Dean, the charismatic co-founder and CEO of Love Production, has taken her company to incredible heights since its launch in 2019. Alongside her husband and co-founder, Adrian Dean, who serves as CFO, the dynamic duo has crafted unforgettable experiences for Filipino artists and fans alike.
For Love, her journey into music promotion was deeply rooted in her upbringing. Growing up listening to The Beatles with her dad, she developed a deep appreciation for rock music and Filipino artists. This love for both genres led her to launch Love Production, and since then, she’s been producing some of the most anticipated Filipino artist performances across the globe. From working with top artists like Moira, Parokya Ni Edgar, Zack Tabudlo, and DECEMBER AVENUE, Love Production has become synonymous with quality concerts and unforgettable events.
One of the crowning moments for Love Production came when Love got the opportunity to work with Eraserheads, one of her childhood favourites, often referred to as “The Beatles of the Philippines.” In July 2024, Love Production promoted Eraserhead’s concert at the iconic San Francisco Warfield, which brought out a capacity crowd to rave reviews. The show was a testament to the band’s lasting influence and the production company’s ability to create electrifying experiences for both fans and artists.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, a hub for the Filipino community, Love Production has branched out beyond the city limits. They’ve organized concerts in places as far-reaching as Canada and New Zealand, and the company is always on the lookout for new markets to conquer. While Love has a deep affinity for promoting Filipino artists, she’s looking to expand the company’s offerings beyond that.
“Currently, I work and promote Filipino artists, which I love,” Love Noble Dean explains. “But Love Production is looking to also work with other genres as well, in the Bay Area and in many different markets. My heart is in rock music.”
Now, Love Production is gearing up for their next massive concert—the highly anticipated reunion of Rivermaya. Known for their iconic hits like “214” and “Balasong,” Rivermaya is a ’90s Filipino rock and pop powerhouse that has captivated audiences for decades. The reunion world tour, fresh off its success in Canada and New York, will hit the San Jose Civic Center on October 6th, and fans are eagerly awaiting the magic that this show promises.
This Bay Area stop, presented by Love Production in conjunction with Tiana Entertainment and LiveNation Philippines, is sure to be a show-stopping event. The concert will feature Rivermaya’s original lineup—Rico Blanco, Mark Escueta, Nathan Azarcon, and Bamboo Mañalac—together on stage for the first time in the Bay Area in years.
Love is thrilled about the production, saying, “Fans can expect total performance majesty from Rivermaya. These gentlemen are all successful in their solo careers, too. I’m so excited that the original stars are coming together for a night in the Bay Area that will be epic and memorable for all who attend.”
With tickets selling fast, Love Production recommends that fans purchase theirs in advance to avoid missing out on this legendary night. Tickets may also be available at the door, but with the momentum building, they’re expected to sell out. Doors open at 6 PM, and the show starts at 7 PM. Fans are advised to arrive early to soak in the electric atmosphere.
As Love Production continues to expand its reach and portfolio, the future looks bright for this powerhouse company. With a successful track record of producing sold-out concerts, an unwavering passion for music, and a commitment to supporting Filipino artists, Love Production is destined to keep elevating the live music experience for fans across the globe.
I recently had the opportunity to sit down and speak to Love Noble Dean about life, music, and the upcoming Rivermaya concert…
Sason Bishope Parry: How is life treating you?
Love, Noble Dean: All is well. The usual, dealing with ups and downs, but everything is good.
SBP: You are the founder and CEO of Love Production. Tell us about your company.
LND: My husband and I formed LOVE Production, and yes, I’m the CEO, and he’s the CFO.
SBP: When did you get into music and promotions, and how long have you been a promoter?
LND: Music has been part of me since childhood. I grew up listening to the Beatles because of my dad. It carried on to teenage life and adult life. My husband and I were introduced to production in the mid-2000s, and we got our feet wet in 2012 when we first got financially involved.
SBP: You specialize in putting on shows and tours with Filipino music artists. Are you Filipino, and is that the only genre you promote?
LND: Yes, I have Filipino roots, and for now, we are only doing Filipino music artists but hoping to expand to other genres.
SBP: You did a concert with Eraserheads, often called the Beatles of the Philippines. Was that your biggest show, and how was it? Who else have you promoted?
LND: LOVE Production solely did the Eraserheads show in San Francisco this year in July, but we also produced them in 2012 under a different production name. Also, we were co-producers when they went to Edmonton, Alberta (Canada) in 2023. It’s always fun to be around the Eraserheads. Their songs bring back teenage memories as I’m considered to be a 90’s kid.
SBP: Who is your favourite artist?
LND: No specific favourite. I love music in general, but I just appreciate rock music more.
SBP: Besides promoting concerts, what else do you do?
LND: I’m a full-time mom, which keeps me busy. My family is also in real estate and other investments.
SBP: Your upcoming show with the recently reunited RIVERMAYA is on October 6 at the San Jose Civic. When was the last time they toured the U.S.? Are you excited?
LND: They were here in 1998. Excited? Very much so!
SBP: The RIVERMAYA concert will see all original members together on stage. How did that come about?
LND: I give the credit to Mr. Bojie Yangco of Tiana Entertainment. He’s the reason why there’s a RIVERMAYA REUNION TOUR, and I’m thankful to have Love Production involved.
SBP: What can fans expect from the upcoming RIVERMAYA concert?
LND: Fans can expect total performance majesty. I mean, these gentlemen are all successful respectfully in their solo careers, too. The original stars are coming together for a night in the Bay Area that will be epic and memorable for all who attend. I’m personally avoiding watching clips of their shows in Canada and NYC. I want the surprise!
SBP: Where can fans buy tickets to RIVERMAYA? Will they also be available at the door?
LND: Tickets can be purchased using this link: TSJTicketing.org or by calling 415-374-6163. And yes, fans can buy tickets at the door, but they might be sold out by then, so I would advise purchasing them before.
SBP: What’s next for Love Productions and Love Noble Dean?
LND: Mexico. Hahaha. Taking a break after this concert. Preparing for the 1st quarter of 2025. The year 2024 was a busy year for us. More to come
