After a stellar debut year, New York City’s newest music festival, The Meadows Music and Arts Festival announces its 2nd edition, taking place September 15 -17th 2017 at Citi Field, Queens. Headlining performances will feature Jay Z, The Gorillaz and The Red Hot Chili Peppers.
