Limited Edition Designs for 2015 Resort Collection Unveiled During Miami Fashion Week
HOLLYWOOD BEACH, Fla., May 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Moses Bensusan, developer of Costa Hollywood luxury condo-resort and high-end retail-shopping district in the new-look Hollywood Beach Village, is pleased to announce a partnership with Indie Soul, the luxury bohemian swimwear brand, to create a signature collection inspired by the oceanfront development. The Indie Soul for Costa Hollywood Collection features two unique designs – part of the 2015 Resort Collection – that will formally debut Fall 2014. The innovative collaboration between developer and fashion designer is the first-of-its-kind in the South Florida real estate market.
“We are building something sexy,” said Moses Bensusan, CEO of Liberty Grande, LLC. “Our vision for Hollywood Beach Village is centered around the creation of a unique destination for the zone; one that combines luxury lifestyle and ‘South Beach’ inspired entertainment without sacrificing family friendly sensibility. This mindset inspired the innovative collaboration – between real estate developer and fashion designer – and we are proud to call Indie Soul partners on this journey.”
Launched in 2013 by Tim Gorgol, creative director for the burgeoning Miami-based brand, Indie Soul has promptly garnered the attention of swimwear-industry notables, including supermodels Anastacia Ashley, Irina Shayk, Marloes Horst, and most-recently Lauren Moller, who donned Indie Soul for the 50-year anniversary issue of Sports Illustrated magazine. Gorgol employs a one-of-a-kind hand-dying process, executed by artisans in Peru and Colombia that specialize in the technique, which allows him to achieve the signature look of the brand. To date, it is the only resort swimwear line to utilize this process.
“Inspiration for the Indie Soul for Costa Hollywood Collection stems from the development’s architecture, bold color palate and the luxury lifestyle that the project represents,” said Gorgol, who offered a preview of design concepts to a private audience prior to the brand’s 2015 Resort Collection runway show during the 16th annual Miami Fashion Week. “I was inspired by the subtle letter ‘H’ in the building façade, which we incorporated into both designs, and of course the beautiful red hue featured throughout the project, the beach furniture and on the umbrellas.”
The limited edition line will be available beginning September 2014, offered exclusively through the Indie Soul Flagship Boutique in Miami’s Mary Brickell Village and online at www.myindiesoul.com. The collection will also be available at Costa Hollywood, upon its completion Spring 2015.
“As CEO of a Global Advertising and Public Relations firm, I love to see these types of partnerships come alive and drive revenue for both parties,” said Mr. Edward De Valle II, CEO of 3A/Worldwide, agency of record for Costa Hollywood and Indie Soul. “The synergies created by aligning these two brands – different in industry yet united through individualistic spirit – are at the core concept of the our company’s business model.”
Designed as an urban beachfront oasis by architect Hamed Rodriguez, Costa Hollywood will rise six stories to feature 307 fully furnished turnkey “smart units,” available in studios, one- and two- bedroom formats. Priced from $250,000 to $800,000, units range from 400-square-feet to 1,500-square feet with terraces that offer views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
All units will feature luxury furnishings, energy-efficient appliances, state-of-the-art smartphone compatible home system, which includes a menu of interactive features such as housekeeping service requests, in-room dining, spa reservations, electronic concierge, in-room TV, and video on demand.
First-class amenities include a rooftop infinity pool and romantic courtyard, entertainment lounge area and an on-site holistic spa and gym, optional butler service, an automated valet parking system, and on-site retail and fine dining in six restaurants located in the condo-resort premises.
Costa International Realty, led by Executive Vice President Fernando Valdivieso, is the exclusive facilitator of sales. The Sales Gallery is located at 201 North Ocean Drive, Hollywood Beach, Florida.
