Music fans are rejoicing as Northern California’s biggest hard rock festival, Aftershock is back and bigger then ever, adding a 4th day. The massive music gathering will take place over four days October 7th through October 10th at Sacramento’s Discovery Park. Organizers, who had to postpone the 2020 edition due to the Coronavirus were delighted to see all tickets for this year snatched out, as the festival has officially announced that its sold out.
Also topping the bill are The Original Misfits and Limp Bizkit. Again Metallica will headline two days with unique performances slated for each day. Limp Bizkit will kickoff the newly added Thursday night bill, which is free to all weekend pass holders and anyone that originally had 2020 passes. The 2019 Aftershock festival edition drew more then 90,000 fans and Producer’s Danny Wimmer Presents, who organize festivals all over the Country are working closely with local officials to ensure this year’s event return is safe and Covid friendly for all attendees.
