As bridal season steadily appoaches and we hear the faint sounds of wedding bells in the wind, FSHN wanted to give you a style guide to help you get through this joyous season looking fierce and fabulous.
Hourglass Shape: Bust and hips are aproximately the same size with a narrow waist.
Tips: Wrap arounds, Fitted V-necks, Mermaid, Pencil and A-line styles flatter this body type. Excentuating bust while flattering small waist and excentuating hips.
Straight Shape: Waist, hips, and bust are the same size.
Tips: Empire Cut, Tier, Nipped pencil, low v-neck, scoop necks, tube style, or off shoulder styles look best for this body type. Try to add attention to a nipped waist to achieve a more hourglass appearance
Apple Shape: A large midsection, slim arms, shapelt legs, and a nice bustline.
Tips: V-necks, empire waistlines, or above the knee dresses in solid colors (perferable pastels) and small prints work well for this body type. It empasizes the bust and or nice legs.
Pear Shape: Larger hips and thighs with a petite upper body
Tips: A-line, halter top, sleeveless and wrap around dresses ehance this body type. Emphasizing bust and smaller waist while diverting attention away from the hips and thighs.
