Napa Valley’s BottleRock music festival has announced its 2023 lineup edition. The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Lizzo, Duran Duran, Post Malone, Lil Nas X, and Smashing Pumpkins are topping the bill. The festival will return to the Napa Valley Expo Memorial weekend, May 26, 27, and 28. Organizers Latitude 38 and Live Nation have assembled over 70 music acts for their 10th anniversary. Other acts performing include Duran Duran, Sheryl Crow, Leon Bridges, Billy Strings, Nile Rodgers and Chic, Wu-Tang Klan, The National, Thievery Corporation, Tove Lo, and Phantogram. The Chili Peppers last played the festival in 2016 and were scheduled to headline in 2020 until Covid cancellations halted those plans.
“To be able to get just one of the six headliners would have been a big feat for us — but this lineup is a classic,” said Dave Graham of BottleRock Napa Valley. “I think this lineup is the deepest we’ve ever had.”
BottleRock will also have many other attractions, art installations, and its usual selection of great wine, food, and breweries. Napa is wine country, so BottleRock always does a great job of incorporating great wineries. The festival also features its signature Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage. World-renowned chefs, musicians, and celebrities will unite for great cooking demonstrations and additional entertainment. This lineup for this stage will be announced soon.
